Although Nor’Easter Vapor Blasting thoroughly rinses and air-blasts all components after the vapor blasting process has been completed, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all precautions are taken to reduce any possibility of media entrapment prior to assembly of engines and components.
Customers must pay special attention to examining and thoroughly flushing threaded bolt holes, galleries, cavities, drillings, valve seats, carburetor jets and butterflies, etc.
It is also the customers responsibility to disassemble all parts before they reach us either for vapor blasting or ultrasonic cleaning.
